Much of the criticism of the excess of information and the development of the digital universe, this recent essay that sees information as fragmented and opposed to narration, is seen both historically and in what can be called the “narrative crisis”.
Unlike other criticisms of information, located in the period of digital information, Byung-Chul Han seeks in history the beginning of the narrative crisis (translated as narration in portuguese):

Boa parte da crítica ao excesso de informação de Byung Chul Han é situada no desenvolvimento do universo digital, este ensaio recente que vê a informação como fragmentada e oposta a narração, é visto tanto na histórica como naquilo que pode ser chamado de “crise da narrativa”, lê-se no texto.
