Apple would have bought Matcha
According to the site Venture Beat, Apple is acquiring startup company recommendation videos Matcha.tv and developer of the app, which provides an overview of programs available on cable channels like Comcast, video streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.
The Videos app also allows the user to record what you’ve watched, see the recommendations of videos and connect to social networks to see what friends are watching and enjoying.
Venture Beat also said that Apple reportedly paid $ 1.5 million for the company, but estimates that the value may have been higher because the Matcha.tv recorded steady growth and is among the top 15 entertainment apps from the Apple Store but the site was just anticipating since other sources suspect this value and immediately countered.
Probably not coincidentally, the app was disabled almost all day.
