Ordinance encourages brazilian mobile apps

An ordinance of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Communications of Brazil has
determined the criteria for exemption from tax of smartphones manufactured here in Brazil.
According to this ordinance the Brazilian government, only those devices that come with a minimum of five national applications will be reduced to zero tax rates.
The paper considers application developed in Brazil that was developed by one person or entity resident in the national territory.
The package should include applications in different areas such as education, health, sports, tourism, gaming and productivity.
The electrical and electronics industry Brazilian companies ask for help with tax rates.
