After humiliation, negligence and the price of the highest
in the world, operators will now have to answer in court against the dissatisfaction of thousands of Brazilians , the association acted in our defense was the Proteste (Brazilian Association of Consumer Protection).
The association went on Thursday in court in Brasilia against the four major carriers in the country: Claro, Oi, TIM and Vivo, the main complaint 3G services, this combination being grounds for complaint more than 43 thousand people .
The Association asks operators to offer the service contracted, that it should be policed by the Anatel (Brazilian FCC), with the penalty of fines for non-compliance, compensation for collective damages to consumers with discounts on mobile bills for the period of one year and that are prohibited for new sales as agreed with the Anatel.
The company makes measurements of the service in 16 Brazilian states, and according to the data the instantaneous speed and average speed must be at least 95% of the measurements and 70% of average speed .
Data in December last year, had 12 Oi inferior to the stipulated indicators, TIM had 16, Vivo had ten, and Claro, six.
